Why Do I Create Free Animations?

I originally thought I'd make some money at this. But I've never succeeded at business. I guess I just don't have it in me.

But since I'm a disabled veteran, I was able to work out a deal with NewTek for the purchase of Lightwave 3D at a price I could afford. And I had an old computer that I was able to beef up enough to handle the software.

I wanted to be among the best at creating something. And I had some powerful animation software. But I knew I couldn't be among the best at character animation. There's too much competition, I don't have anyone to teach me, and even if I did, I don't learn very fast.

So I decided to start animating text. And after seeing the animated text that's given away on the web, I knew I could do better with Lightwave 3D.

So for the past five years I've been spending about 70 hours a week creating some of the highest quality animated text on the web, along with animated backgrounds, animated alphabets, animated buttons, animated hearts, and animated names.

I've been treating this as a hobby. But I'm sure you can see how someone with a little business savy could turn my sites into a profitable business. Especially someone who likes to create animations. And I'm ready to move on to other interests. So I'm putting all of my animation sites, along with all their content (animations), up for sale.
